To ensure the most accurate results, we recommend the following guidelines for collecting and bringing in your water sample:

• Timing: Bring your sample in within 2 hours of collection to ensure the most accurate results.

• Container: Use a water testing bottle (available for free at our store), a clean Tupperware container, a clean ziplock baggie, or a thoroughly rinsed water bottle. If using a water bottle, please rinse it out multiple times with your pool water.

• Collection Method: Water should be sampled from a foot deep and away from any returns (jets) to avoid skewed readings.
