I have had an issue with water leaking around my pump housing. I called to setup an appt and they were here the next day. They fixed my problem and were very polite and courteous. They will be my go-to for any pool issues from now on!

9 years later after installing our pool, Backyard Staycations installed a new pool liner in our pool! We love it....It's always a pleasure to deal with Ken & Ellen, thanks for another awesome job! 

Friendly no pressure sales staff. The location was organized and well maintained which shows a lot about what kind of work a company expects of all employees.
